- File a Claim – Exchange info, contact the at-fault insurance, get claim # and adjuster info.
- Get an Estimate – We can provide this by appointment.
- Visual Inspection – Email estimate to shepherdsautobodyshop@gmail.com
- Schedule Repairs – Confirm payment, deductible, rental car needs.
- Order Parts – We prep all parts before starting repairs.
From Drop-Off to Pick-Up
- Drop-Off – Arrive 8 AM, remove valuables, sign papers.
- Initial Tear Down – Check for hidden damages, submit supplements.
- Body & Paint – Frame, glass, mechanical work + refinishing.
- Reassembly – Install all parts, glass if needed.
- Test Drive & Detail – Final quality check & cleaning.
- Completion – Pick up your restored vehicle.
